The soil’s salinity, shifting in balance and contrast across the estate’s three vineyards, serves as the creative force driving this exploration.

rom the Walled Vineyard (Vigna Murata) of Mazzorbo comes Venusa Cru MZB 506. These Dorona grapes are sourced from a selection of micro-parcels within the estate: the most intimate and soulful plots, capable of reflecting the site’s primal heritage and the full vision of the Venissa project. Here, the salt content of 506 p.p.m. is not a threat, but rather a condition of natural symbiosis between the vineyard and its environment. The resulting wine is broad and enveloping, with a textural depth that unfolds on the palate.
