SEASONAL TRENDS
Venissa Bianco 2021, the twelfth vintage of the project, is born from a rare harmony of elements. The diurnal temperature variations, the delicate balance between warmth and humidity, and the slow unfolding of the seasons guided the Dorona through a gradual and profound ripening, allowing it to express itself with remarkable precision and complexity.
In the glass, all of this translates into a wine of exceptional intensity and depth—bright, precise, and capable of fully revealing the character of Dorona and its profound connection to the Lagoon. One of the most memorable vintages in our history.
THE BOTTLE
Designed by Giovanni Moretti, the label gives way to precious gold leaf created by the last descendant of the ancient Berta Battiloro family. The gold leaf was applied using the traditional Venetian gilding technique, and the bottle was annealed in the ovens of the Murano glassworks before being engraved by hand by the Spezzamonte family.
